We all have needs and desires. And while it seems like we're not always actively looking for solutions, the truth is, we are always looking - consciously or not. When someone feels or believes they discovered a solution on their own, it is empowering and rewarding, for them and you. So, how we help them find your brand matters. A lot.

It’s fundamental, intuitive and proven; people buy from those they like. From design to copy, audio to visual, look to feel, personality and behavior, we make your brand likable, because liking a brand is a prerequisite to taking action. So, to purchase, they need to like you. Have to like you.
Whether it's a package on a grocer's shelf, a video, trade show booth or website, this step of the journey is about wooing and enticing, not telling, selling or yelling. No one likes to be sold. But we love to discover and buy. And if we can give them that experience, they will like you for it.
Of course, that's not the end of the story. Like precedes love. And love is the hallmark of the most profitable brands on earth. Love is loyalty, repeat business, lifetime value and evangelizing for your brand. But like comes first.

As Apple CEO Tim Cook said, "In the long arc of time, you are only relevant as a brand if your customers love you."
Brand love starts with the first touchpoint and culminates with wearing a tee shirt. Getting that first kiss is fairly easy. But getting them to wear your tee shirt featuring your brand? That, is a challenge. Sure, they'll take the free tee, but wearing it outside where friends, family, colleagues and strangers will see them flying your colors and promoting your brand? In public, with pride? Not so easy.
That's a challenge and that's our goal. To help build brands that are so well-loved that your target audience is anxious to wear your t-shirts, loudly and proudly. Think about it, who do you believe more, a paid influencer or an unpaid fan with a cool branded hoodie, proudly promoting their favorite brand? An AI video, or your bestie sporting their newest tee with your logo and tagline?
To quote an article by Rebecca Brooks in Forbes, “Consumers understand that what they buy says something about themselves, and they use purchases to tell their 'story.' ...they want to feel a connection to what they are buying and show their peers/social networks how their purchases contribute to their identity.”
So, who's telling their friends and family about your brand? Who's sharing your videos and content? Who is wearing your brand’s tee shirt? If the answer is, “The sales team,” or “My SO, for pajamas,” maybe we should talk. If no one asks for your tees, maybe a rethink is in order.
